What this role involves

Job Description - Sr. Product Manager, Lifecycle & Growth

About Bold.org

With a mission of Fighting Student Debt, Bold.org is the fastest-growing student fintech platform in the United States. We’re a team of dozens, serving millions of students, with trillions in student debt at stake.

We operate at the intersection of fintech, education, philanthropy, and rewards, building products that meaningfully expand access to education. We are relentlessly focused on profitability, long-term retention, and building systems that scale sustainably. If that resonates, we’d love to meet you.

Position Description:

Reporting directly to the SVP of Operations, you’ll own the messaging product and in-product promotion that keep existing users engaged across the full lifecycle, working daily across Product, Design, and Engineering. You’ll build the underlying systems yourself, from strategy to in-app placement, and partner with every feature team’s launch so promotion becomes part of the planning process.

Your goal: grow engagement and retention by making sure every feature gets the lifecycle communication and in-app placement it deserves, and that what’s already live keeps converting better over time.

This is a great role for a builder who wants full ownership of a product area, not just a seat at the table on someone else’s roadmap.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own lifecycle communications for existing users end to end: strategy, sequencing, copy, and execution across email, SMS, and push.

  • Own in-product promotion and positioning: when and how new features get surfaced inside the app.

  • Partner with feature PMs on the lifecycle and in-app promotion plan for new initiatives, and own a subset of features directly where that judgment should drive the roadmap.

  • Audit and fix existing lifecycle comms that have become redundant, overlapping, or outdated.

  • Own the promotion and in-product placement of partners, sponsored and promotional content across lifecycle comms and the product itself.

  • Measure impact (conversion, funnel drop off, revenue attribution) for every flow you touch, and use it to prioritize what’s next.

  • Spot the lifecycle comms and in-product promotion that should exist but don’t, and make the case for building them.

Required Skills:

  • Lifecycle and growth judgment. You can read user behavior and independently decide what messaging or placement will move retention, not just what’s technically possible to ship.

  • AI-driven execution. You use Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor daily, pulling copy and assets from Figma and writing and updating templates and flow logic yourself, rather than routing every change through an engineer.

  • Marketing fluency. You have strong copywriting, sequencing, and channel judgment, tuned to what engages and re-engages users.

  • Semi-technical data comfort. You know our event data and pipeline well enough to spec the exact metrics, attributes, and events you need from engineering to execute a lifecycle flow.

  • Platform adaptability. You’re comfortable standing up lifecycle systems on a new platform. We currently run on Klaviyo and AWS/SES, and are likely to move to a proprietary system soon.

  • Bandwidth. You’re very good at getting a lot done quickly with excellence.

  • Resourcefulness. You thrive in the chaos of startups and love making complicated, uncertain things simple.

  • Communication. You give and receive feedback directly and easily, and you’re generally great to work with. Our team is globally distributed and often works across time zones, so strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Background:

  • 3+ years of experience in a high-intensity, high-throughput product management and/or marketing lifecycle role at a startup.

  • 3+ years of experience with Klaviyo or a comparable lifecycle/CRM platform.

  • Experience owning product features or a roadmap end to end: writing specs, working directly with engineering, not just executing campaigns.

  • Daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to execute your own work directly is required, not a nice-to-have.

  • Comfortable working inside Figma at a “read and translate a design” level.

  • We don’t require a specific background. If you meet the required skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Location and Time Commitment

We are fully remote. You can work wherever you’re most productive. This is a high-ownership, high-freedom role. This means that it’s not a 9-5 and you’ll often need to go above and beyond. It also means that while we generally work in US time zones, we don’t care when exactly you’re working and encourage you to structure your day to support your ideal life.

Compensation

Our compensation packages are designed to make this your dream job for both the short and long term. Compensation for this role includes base salary and stock options. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and unlimited PTO.

Product Senior Product Manager, Ads - Shopping Catalogs at Reddit, Inc.

Own end-to-end product strategy for Reddit's shopping catalog platform, driving advertiser onboarding, catalog enrichment with LLMs, and product discovery across paid and organic channels.

Senior Posted about 21 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Reddit is a community of communities. It’s built on shared interests, passion, and trust, and is home to the most open and authentic conversations on the internet. Every day, Reddit users submit, vote, and comment on the topics they care most about. With 100,000+ active communities and approximately 130 million daily active unique visitors, Reddit is one of the internet’s largest sources of information. For more information, visit www.redditinc.com.

The Team:

Shopping at Reddit is one of the company’s biggest bets. Shopping is core to Reddit’s monetization strategy and Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) is one of our fastest-growing verticals. The Shopping product org has end-to-end ownership of how advertisers and Redditors interact with products and purchasing decisions. Our strategy is build on Reddit’s unique strength - authentic, community-generated content.

The Opportunity:

The Product Catalog are the single source of truth for product data across paid and organic Shopping. It powers paid and organic shopping products and the Product Knowledge Graph (PKG). We’re hiring a Product Manager to own Catalogs and Applied PKG end-to-end. The aspiration is to turn this asset into a platform that drives ROAS and powers product discovery across Reddit.

This role sits at the intersection of advertiser tooling, product & content understanding and user experiences. You will partner deeply with the Catalogs engineering team, the Ads Content Understanding (ACU) team, and the organic Shopping team across performance, formats and more

What You’ll Do:

  • Cut advertiser onboarding friction and prepare for the next phase of Shopping @ Reddit. Move catalog onboarding from days to hours through better error handling, automated feed-issue resolution, productID/item-group-ID matching improvements, and (longer-term) URL-to-catalog automation. Stand up the foundations of a Reddit Merchant Center.
  • Ship the next phase of catalog innovation. Drive LLM-based catalog enrichment (fill missing attributes, improve descriptions, derive gender/age/category), catalog-driven ad overlays (“Popular with Redditors”, “Top Pick”, price/promo), and Catalog Insights that show advertisers how their products perform organically and paid on Reddit. Help advertisers with catalog diagnostics to improve performance on ads and organic offerings.
  • Own the Catalogs & Applied PKG vision. Define the 1–3 year strategy that turns Catalogs into a platform — the spine connecting Reddit’s paid and organic Shopping surfaces. Own the roadmap across four pillars: ROAS Drivers, Demand Enablers, Adoption Enablers, and Shopping @ Reddit Enablers.
  • Unlock new advertiser demand through catalog capabilities. Land Limitless Catalogs (20M+ catalogs, 5M+ product sets for Walmart, Amazon, Target, eBay), regional metadata for EMEA, and the Shopify integration that opens SMB Shopping to Reddit.
  • Build the Universal Catalog and Applied PKG. Partner with ACU to connect ad catalogs to the Product Knowledge Graph and to organic product mentions on Reddit. Define what the catalog ↔ PKG interface looks like, how scraped products augment advertiser-supplied catalogs, and how commercial-intent content understanding flows into both DPA performance and organic discovery.
  • Define and own the metrics. Catalog-driven ROAS*, catalog coverage of Product-Views in PKG, onboarding time, revenue unlocked by capability (EMEA, head, SMB). Build the dashboards and the goal-setting cadence; hold the team accountable.
  • Be the Shopping platform voice across Reddit. Represent Catalogs and Applied PKG in Shopping leadership reviews, the contextual-pivots working team, and exec readouts. Communicate clearly — in prose and in data — to PMs, engineers, sales, and senior leadership.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience. At least 3 years in AdTech, retail media, marketplaces, or shopping/e-commerce platforms.
  • Commerce / Product Understanding: Experience with product knowledge graphs, product entity resolution, or product taxonomies at scale.
  • AI fluency. Comfortable with creating scalable agentic workflows, using AI for data analysis, task automation and more. Evidence of building AI products - either at work or as hobby.
  • Domain depth in shopping or product data systems. You’ve shipped product feed ingestion, catalog management, product knowledge graphs, retail media catalogs, or a comparable system. You know what product feeds look like at Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager, Pinterest, or TikTok Shop — and where they break.
  • 0-1 instincts paired with execution rigor. You can scope an MVP, ship it, and then operate it. You’ve done both — built net-new and improved a running production system.
  • Cross-functional leadership. You’ve delivered initiatives that span 3+ engineering teams plus PMM, Sales, and Ops. You communicate effectively with executives and earn trust with senior engineers.
  • Bias to action. Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, making reasonable risk/reward tradeoffs, and recovering fast when wrong.

Nice to Have:

  • ML fluency. You’ve shipped ML-powered products in ads, content personalization, retrieval, ranking, or content understanding. You can reason about retrieval, candidate selection, ranking signals, and the tradeoffs between LLM-derived features and traditional features. You don’t need to write the model; you need to know enough to lead the people who do.
  • Experience with LLM-driven content understanding or feature engineering.
  • Experience shipping for SMB-via-platform channels (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce).
  • Experience with multi-region catalog/pricing systems (regional metadata, currency, localization).
  • Experience building or operating a Merchant Center, catalog QA tool, or advertiser-facing data console.

Perks and Benefits:

  • 100% remote opportunity (we have 4 office locations for hybrid/onsite work preference in NY, SF, LA and Chicago)
  • Competitive salary and equity options
  • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision) & workplace perks (home office set up stipend etc)
  • Generous 401k matching
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • Paid parental leave (4+ months)
  • Family planning support
  • Paid volunteer time off

#LI-AS1

Product Staff Product Manager, Cloud Namespace & Capacity at Temporal Technologies

Owns the Cloud Namespace product end-to-end, defining customer provisioning flows, capacity management, SLOs/SLAs, and differentiated offerings for a managed SaaS platform.

Lead Posted about 21 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us

Temporal is an open source programming model that can simplify code, make applications more reliable, and help developers focus on the important things like delivering features faster. We are on a mission to be the reliable foundation of every developer’s toolbox, and are building the team that will make that happen.

Our values guide us —they are present in how we show up, make decisions, and work together to make an impact. We’re curious, driven, collaborative, genuine and humble.

Temporal is growing and we are looking for those who share our values, challenge ‘standard’ thinking, and want to influence our future. If you have a passion for improving the developer experience, building world-class open-source software and communities, and want to be a part of our amazing team, we’d love to hear from you!

Overview

Temporal Cloud is Temporal’s managed SaaS product, used by customers to run workloads with varying requirements for throughput, latency, resilience, isolation, data residency, and cost. Namespaces are the primary unit of isolation within Temporal Cloud.

In this role you’ll own the Cloud Namespace product surface end-to-end: ensuring customers can provision, configure, operate, and evolve Namespaces safely and effectively over time. You’ll partner with engineering teams to deliver customer-facing capabilities and shape internal operational systems for namespace placement, provisioning, capacity management, and more.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full Cloud Namespace lifecycle for an operator using Temporal Cloud: understanding workload needs, provisioning and management flows, defining the right configuration defaults and policies, updates-in-place, and safe deletion.
  • Define and evolve differentiated Namespace offerings (e.g., higher/lower SLA, latency, durability, residency, and cost options) that are easy for customers to understand and trust.
  • Own throughput and capacity management for Namespaces (e.g., autoscaling, TRUs, reserved vs. elastic capacity, scheduling, visibility, limits, and quotas).
  • Drive operational policy and features (Namespace placement in deployment rings, replication, scaling) to deliver highly performant, reliable, and cost-effective service at massive multi-tenant scale.
  • Define and own Namespace SLOs and SLAs, including instrumentation and customer-facing communication of performance and reliability expectations.
  • Own the Namespace APIs & configuration used by customer automation, the Temporal Cloud UI, and other products and services.

What You’ll Bring

  • Product leadership experience shipping and operating platform/infrastructure products, especially where reliability, performance, and cost tradeoffs matter.
  • Strong systems thinking: ability to translate workload needs into tiering, pricing, policy, quotas/limits, and defaults that scale across many customers.
  • Comfort partnering closely with engineering on technical topics like autoscaling, capacity planning, rolling deployment and placement logic, and resilience patterns—even if you’re not writing production code.
  • Experience defining and managing SLOs/SLAs and using metrics to drive product decisions and prioritization.
  • Ability to build alignment across stakeholders (Engineering, Cloud Ops/SRE, Support, Sales, Solutions, Security) and make clear, durable decisions in ambiguous environments.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to produce crisp PRDs, decision docs, and customer-facing explanations.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with multi-tenant systems, workload isolation, and “noisy neighbor” mitigation.
  • Familiarity with API product design for long-lived resource lifecycle operations and safe evolution over time.
  • Background working on placement, routing, data residency, or geo-distributed reliability problems.
  • Experience building pricing/packaging inputs for tiered services in partnership with Finance/GTM.

Compensation

  • The estimated salary range for this role is $185,000 - $260,000, based on experience and location.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Temporal’s equity plan.

Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (when applicable) across several geographic markets. Employment offers carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, knowledge, expertise, skillset, market location, and job level assessed during the interview process.

Employee benefits and perks below are for full-time employees, part-time or temporary positions are excluded.

U.S. Benefits

  • Unlimited PTO, 12 Holidays + 2 Floating Holidays
  • 100% Premiums Coverage for Medical, Dental, and Vision
  • AD&D, LT & ST Disability, and Life Insurance (Standard & Supplemental Available)
  • Empower 401K Plan
  • Additional Perks for Learning & Development, Lifestyle Spending, Home Office Setup, Professional Memberships, WFH Meals, Internet Stipend and more!

International Benefits

Paid Time Off (PTO) and Benefits outside the United States vary by country, and are issued in partnership with Remote.com.  Additionally, Temporal offers perks to all international employees for learning & career development, a lifestyle spending account, home office setup, professional memberships, work-from-home meals, and access to the Calm app for mental wellness.

Travel

Temporal is a globally distributed, collaborative team that values opportunities for in-person connection. Occasional travel may be required for company events, team offsites, and other meaningful moments that bring us together.

Temporal Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Temporal Technologies does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability, national origin, veteran status, or any other basis covered by appropriate law. All employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, merit, and business need. We embrace and celebrate differences and diversity.

Temporal is committed to providing access, equal opportunity, and reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities in employment, its services, programs, and activities. If you need to request a reasonable accommodation, please let your Recruiter know so we can assist.

Product Senior Product Manager, Expansion at Apollo.io

Senior Product Manager owns customer expansion strategy and in-product experiences that drive upsells, seat additions, and plan upgrades for Apollo's revenue teams platform.

Senior Posted about 21 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Apollo.io is the leading go-to-market solution for revenue teams, trusted by over 500,000 companies and millions of users globally, from rapidly growing startups to some of the world’s largest enterprises. Founded in 2015, the company is one of the fastest growing companies in SaaS, raising approximately $250 million to date and valued at $1.6 billion. Apollo.io provides sales and marketing teams with easy access to verified contact data for over 210 million B2B contacts and 35 million companies worldwide, along with tools to engage and convert these contacts in one unified platform. By helping revenue professionals find the most accurate contact information and automating the outreach process, Apollo.io turns prospects into customers. Apollo raised a series D in 2023 and is backed by top-tier investors, including Sequoia Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, and more, and counts the former President and COO of Hubspot, JD Sherman, among its board members.

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own customer expansion at Apollo. One of our biggest growth levers is the customers we already have. When paid teams add seats, buy more credits, attach add-ons, or step up to a higher-value plan, that drives compounding revenue. You’ll own the in-product surfaces that turn habitual usage into expansion, and you’ll make those moments feel obvious, easy, and trusted.

Our Product, Design, Engineering teams are structured as Squads. You’ll be assigned to a Squad alongside a Product Designer, Data Science partner, an Engineering Manager, and multiple Engineers, and you’ll partner closely with the Activation, Free-to-Paid, and Pricing & Packaging teams to keep the monetization experience cohesive end to end.

What you will own

  • Team invite and joiner experience that turns every new seat into an active, paying user.
  • Admin upgrade request flow that captures the moment a teammate asks an admin for more.
  • Credit and plan upsells that surface at the right time, driven by deeper and more habitual usage.
  • Hand-offs that confidently guide qualified teams to Apollo’s sales team.
  • Reporting that shows where expansion is healthy and where it is leaking.

What you will do

  • Go deep with paying customers, admins, and end users to deeply understand their needs, workflows, and friction points. Translate that understanding into the product changes that actually move the needle, and use it to set strategy and own your roadmap.
  • Prototype fast. Use Claude Code and other AI tools to validate ideas before committing engineering resources. Ship to learn, then ship to scale.
  • Use AI as a daily multiplier. Refine your thinking, automate the busywork, keep the team aligned, and free yourself to focus on the highest-leverage work.
  • Write clear specs and make hard tradeoffs. Define the quality bar. Partner with design on experience and with engineering on delivery.
  • Measure whether it worked. Instrument funnels, track conversion and expansion metrics, and feed what you learn back into the next cycle.
  • Drive alignment across Free-to-Paid, Pricing & Packaging, Sales, Support, and other partners so what ships actually lands.

What we are looking for

  • 4+ years of proven experience in SaaS product management. You’ve owned products end to end in a SaaS environment and can speak to the outcomes you drove.
  • High agency and strong ownership. You create clarity in ambiguous environments and push work forward without waiting for direction.
  • Track record of unlocking revenue. You’ve worked with a team to solve impactful problems that opened up new revenue, and you can point to the result.
  • Product judgment. You focus on the highest-leverage problems, make hard tradeoffs, and say no to good ideas to protect great ones.
  • Creative problem solver. You see the second and third option when most people stop at the first.
  • Customer empathy. You optimize for your users’ speed and confidence, not your own elegance.
  • Influence without authority. You move fast and bring others with you. You communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and make the people around you better.
  • Execution excellence. You define, ship, measure, and iterate without thrash. Shipping is the beginning of the work, not the end.
  • Technical fluency. You engage with engineering on performance, reliability, and integrations as a credible partner.
  • AI-native builder. You prototype with tools like Claude Code and Cursor and can show something you shipped, not just a spec you wrote.
  • Domain experience in PLG, monetization, billing, or expansion surfaces is a plus, not a requirement.

The listed Pay Range reflects the total cash compensation inclusive of annual base salary and annual bonus as applicable. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonus target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Apollo and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.

Additional benefits for this role may include: equity; company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; at least 10 paid holidays per year, flex PTO, and parental leave; employee assistance program and wellbeing benefits; global travel coverage; life/AD&D/STD/LTD insurance; FSA/HSA and medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Tier 1 Pay Range (San Francisco, New York City, Seattle)

$161,900—$202,400 USD

Tier 2 Pay Range (All other US Locations)

$140,800—$176,000 USD

Product Technical Product Manager, Data Capture to Insights at Fingerprint

Technical Product Manager owns the end-to-end data lifecycle for a device intelligence platform, from signal collection through APIs and analytics dashboards.

Mid Remote Posted about 21 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Fingerprint empowers developers to stop online fraud at the source.

We work on turning radical new ideas in the fraud detection space into reality. Our products are developer-focused and our clients range from solo developers to publicly traded companies. We are a globally dispersed, 100% remote company with a strong open-source focus. Our flagship open-source project is FingerprintJS (27K stars on GitHub).

We have raised $77M and are backed by Craft Ventures (previously invested in Tesla, Facebook, Airbnb ), Nexus Venture Partners (previously invested in Postman, Apollo.io, MinIO, Druva) and Uncorrelated Ventures (previously invested in Redis, Rollbar & Gradle).

We have noticed a rise in recruiting impersonations across the industry, where scammers attempt to access candidates’ personal and financial information through fake interviews and offers. All Fingerprint recruiting email communications will always come from the @fingerprint.com domain. Any outreach claiming to be from Fingerprint via other sources should be ignored.

Technical Product Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the end-to-end data lifecycle for our device intelligence platform — from how signals are collected in the field, through storage and processing, to the query and reporting experiences our customers and internal teams rely on every day.

What you’ll own:

Data pipeline & infrastructure

Drive the roadmap for device data collection through our JS Agent — defining instrumentation contracts, managing schema evolution, and ensuring reliable delivery to our Server APIs. You’ll own the program across ingestion, storage, and processing, working closely with engineering to balance reliability, cost, and scale.

Analytics Dashboard, Server APIs, & MCP Query Experiences

Partner with product and design to define what users can see and do with their device data. You’ll translate customer feedback and internal needs into a prioritized roadmap for our Analytics Dashboard, Server APIs, and MCP experiences — covering query UX, report templates, data freshness SLAs, and export flows. You’ll also be responsible for the smooth completion of our customer migration between major Server API versions.

Roadmap & prioritization

Maintain a clear, well-reasoned roadmap across four interconnected surfaces (JS Agent, Server APIs, Dashboard, MCP Server). You’ll run quarterly planning, write crisp PRDs, manage dependencies across teams, and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders at all levels.

Launch & customer enablement

Coordinate with product marketing to plan and execute launches — from go-to-market timing and messaging alignment to post-launch enablement. You’ll own documentation updates and help drive internal- and customer-facing training materials and best practices content, ensuring customers can actually adopt what we ship. This means working across engineering, PMM, and customer success to keep education artifacts current and sequenced with the release calendar.

Background Specific To This Role:

  • Big data pipelines: You have a deep understanding of big data pipelines and the collection, storage, and query requirements that shape product decisions at scale
  • Data analytics products: You have experience as a PM on data analytics products. Experience with identity, anti-fraud, or data intelligence platforms is a strong plus
  • Experience with event-level data APIs: you understand APIs as a query and retrieval layer over high-volume behavioral or identity event streams, including filtering by visitor, time range, and metadata flags
  • API-as-data-product thinking: you can reason about what query capabilities and payload fields matter to enterprise customers, how downstream analytics pipelines consume structured event data, and where API design decisions create long-term friction or stickiness
  • Server-side API fluency at scale: you are familiar with rate limiting, regional data residency, authentication patterns, and pagination as product constraints, not just engineering concerns

Product Management General Skills:

  • Education: You have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, or equivalent work experience. MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
  • Product experience: You have 3+ years of product management experience, ideally on an existing product through a growth or scaling phase
  • Technical fluency: You have enough technical depth to have credible conversations with engineers about APIs, architecture, and system constraints without needing everything translated
  • Stakeholder navigation: You have experience managing competing priorities across multiple audiences — individual contributors, managers, and executives — and can drive alignment without direct authority
  • Customer focus: You have a demonstrated track record of translating customer needs into shipped product, through direct research, sales partnership, or usage data
  • Data fluency: You have experience defining and tracking product metrics, and using data to prioritize roadmap decisions and separate signal from noise
  • Roadmap ownership: You have experience making and defending tradeoff decisions under real resource constraints and competing stakeholder demands
  • Go-to-market partnership: You have experience working with sales and marketing on launches, pricing inputs, or positioning, and understand how product decisions affect the commercial motion

For US-based employees , the cash base compensation range for this role is $126,000 - $170,000. We set standard ranges for all US roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. To comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. However, these ranges are specific to the hiring location and may differ within or outside the US. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Offers vary depending on, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications/licenses, skills, training, and market conditions.

Product Sr. Product Manager, Lifecycle & Growth - Bold.org at The Job Sauce

Senior Product Manager owns lifecycle communications and in-product promotion strategy across email, SMS, push, and app to drive user engagement and retention.

Senior Posted about 21 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Product Technical Product Manager, Data Capture to Insights at Fingerprint

Owns end-to-end data lifecycle for device intelligence platform, managing data pipelines, analytics dashboards, APIs, and roadmap prioritization across multiple product surfaces.

Product Sr. Product Manager, Personalization & AI at CookUnity

Leads product vision and execution for personalization systems and LLM-powered customer experiences, working cross-functionally with ML and engineering teams to optimize user journeys and retention.

Lead Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About CookUnity:

Food has lost its soul to modern convenience. And with it, it has lost the power to nourish, inspire, and connect us. So in 2018, CookUnity was founded as the first-of-its-kind platform that connects the world with the source of truly great food: chefs. Today, CookUnity delivers 50 million meals a year from the industry’s best chefs to homes all over the country. Fresh. Ready-to-eat. And crafted with the passion that nourishes body and soul.

Unwilling to stop there, CookUnity is expanding beyond delivery to become an ever-innovating marketplace focused on our singular mission: empower Chefs to nourish the world.

If that mission has you hungry in more ways than one, you’ve found the right job posting.

The Role

We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager, Personalization & AI to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution of two interconnected pillars: our next-gen personalization systems (menu ranking, recommendations, search, predictive preferences, and adaptive UI) and a new customer-facing AI experience powered by LLMs.

This role will own both the personalization engine across the entire eater journey and the 0→1 build of a customer-facing AI experience—and will work cross-functionally with ML, LLM engineering, frontend and backend engineering, data science, design, and our culinary teams to build a highly adaptive, intelligent food experience.

You’ll go deep into understanding eater behaviors, intent signals, and food preferences, and translate them into a scalable roadmap across both personalization and conversational AI that meaningfully lifts retention, conversion, and LTV. Our users make hundreds of micro-decisions every week; the goal is to simplify all of them—whether through intelligent ranking or a natural-language experience.

What You’ll Do

Define & Drive Product Strategy

  • Own the end-to-end personalization roadmap including recommendations, ranking algorithms, adaptive feed, intent modeling, and predictive food preferences.
  • Build a unified personalization strategy that spans discovery, ordering, search, and post-order experiences.
  • Translate customer insights and behavioral data into frameworks for “personalized ordering journeys” across weekly menus.

Ship High-Impact Personalization Features

  • Partner with Engineering and ML to design, build, and iterate on models that personalize menus, recommendations, and content surfaces.
  • Launch new ML-powered features—e.g., personalized ranking, contextual suggestion surfaces, food-intent clustering, dietary preference modeling, and personalization-aware UX.
  • Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and offline/online model evaluation frameworks to measure lift rigorously.

Build the Customer-Facing AI Experience (0→1)

  • Own the 0→1 product vision and roadmap for a customer-facing conversational AI experience—from problem definition and early MVP through launch and iteration.
  • Define use cases, conversation flows, and success criteria, balancing eater needs with technical feasibility and business goals.
  • Partner closely with LLM engineering to evaluate models, define grounding strategies, and drive prompt/context architecture decisions from a product lens.
  • Own the full frontend product surface for the AI experience end-to-end, from UX vision through shipped features.
  • Establish evaluation frameworks for LLM product quality—including relevance, hallucination rate, tone, and task completion—and iterate based on real user feedback.

Deeply Understand Customer Behavior

  • Develop a sophisticated understanding of eater behavior patterns, including early-week ordering signals, cuisine preferences, dietary constraints, and long-term engagement drivers.
  • Work closely with Data Science to identify behavioral segments, affinity clusters, and downstream retention impacts.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end frontend product surface for the customer-facing AI experience, partnering closely with Design and Engineering from concept through launch.
  • Collaborate on personalization-related frontend surfaces (adaptive homepage, personalized filters, recommendation UI)—contributing product direction while partnering with other PMs and Design who share ownership.
  • Work with Chefs and Culinary to incorporate menu diversity, cuisine metadata, and ingredient-level signals into both personalized and AI-assisted experiences.
  • Collaborate with Growth, CRM, and Marketplace teams to personalize acquisition, onboarding, and reactivation journeys.

Drive Measurable Business Impact

  • Improve core funnel metrics (CVR, add-to-cart rate, search success rate).
  • Lift order retention, order frequency, and net AOV for all eater segments.
  • Increase long-term revenue and reduce decision friction for customers navigating a large menu.

You Are

  • Experienced in ML-powered product development, ranking algorithms, recommendations systems, or personalization platforms.
  • Excited about building 0→1 conversational AI products and comfortable navigating the ambiguity of LLM-powered experiences.
  • Technically grounded in how LLMs work—prompting, RAG, evaluation, guardrails—and able to partner fluently with LLM engineers.
  • Analytical, systems-oriented, and comfortable with experimentation frameworks, model evaluation, and user behavior analytics.
  • A strong frontend product thinker who can own customer-facing UX and translate backend AI capabilities into intuitive, delightful user experiences.
  • Skilled at simplifying complex technical problems into user-centric solutions.
  • Excited by the challenge of turning a large, dynamic food catalog into a highly personalized weekly experience.
  • Collaborative, decisive, and able to partner tightly with Engineering, ML, Design, and cross-functional product groups.
  • Customer-obsessed and eager to understand why users choose the meals they do—and how to anticipate their next choice.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 4+ years working on personalization, search, recommendations, ML/AI products, or similar domains.
  • Experience with LLM-powered products, conversational AI, or chatbot development—hands-on 0→1 experience a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and technical intuition; can work closely with ML/infra teams and reason about relevance, ranking, and experimentation approaches.
  • Proven ability to drive complex products from concept to launch in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms, online metrics, offline model evaluation, and data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to own customer-facing frontend product surfaces end-to-end, from UX vision through launch.
  • Strong user experience instincts with a track record of collaborating closely with design.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Why Join Us

  • Build the core engine behind the future of personalized and AI-powered food experiences.
  • Own a deeply impactful part of the product that directly influences customer happiness and long-term retention.
  • Collaborate with a world-class team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and chefs.
  • Work in a fast-growing, chef-driven marketplace experiencing rapid expansion across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Competitive compensation, equity package, and benefits.

  • seedhealth.com ‱ seed.com ‱ luca.bio

You:

Seed is expanding fast into mass retail, Amazon, and new marketplaces, with a growing portfolio across gut, energy, sleep, pediatric, and daily nutrition. As we grow, the experience we build for our members is what ties it all together: the thing that turns a first encounter with Seed into a lasting, science-backed relationship.

This role exists to shape that experience. You’ll help define what Seed’s product experience should become, build the strategy to get there, and lead cross-functional teams to bring it to life through rapid experimentation and decisive execution. There’s real surface area here — across how members discover Seed, how they engage over time, and how the experience evolves as our portfolio grows — and the autonomy to form a point of view on where you can drive the most impact.

This role reports to the VP of Digital Product and partners closely with Product Design, Engineering, Creative, Lifecycle Marketing, and Growth. It requires someone who leads with strategic conviction, moves with urgency, and treats Seed’s product experience as a genuine differentiator — not a set of features to ship.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end strategy for your product area — whether that’s the growth funnel (acquisition, conversion, activation) or the post-purchase member experience (engagement, retention, cross-sell) — defining what it should become, how it evolves, and what we build to make it real
  • Develop and maintain a long-term product vision, working backward from an end-state to deliver compounding impact on company-level metrics, and translating Seed’s science, brand, and retention goals into experiences that earn sustained engagement
  • Set measurable goals tied directly to business KPIs — conversion, activation, LTV, rebill, retention — and own the outcomes, not just the roadmap
  • Design and run short-cycle experiments that test real hypotheses about member behavior, generating signal rather than just shipping
  • Partner with Product Design to set creative and strategic direction for member-facing experiences
  • Collaborate across the growth-to-member handoff and cross-sell positioning, as members move from acquisition into a multi-product subscription relationship
  • Contribute to multi-category portfolio expansion by exploring what members want and where the experience needs to evolve to support new products and channels
  • Inform how Seed’s owned digital experience evolves alongside emerging agentic commerce channels
  • Present strategy and experiment results to leadership with clarity and conviction

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with significant depth in one or more of: growth, acquisition/conversion, subscription, retention, or post-purchase/member experience
  • You’ve defined product strategy from ambiguity — not just optimized an existing surface, but articulated what it should become and built organizational conviction around your vision
  • You lead cross-functional teams by setting strategic direction. Design, engineering, and brand partners look to you for the “what” and “why,” not just the “when”
  • You have experience in subscription or membership businesses at meaningful scale, and you understand that both growth and retention are fundamentally experience problems
  • You’re analytically fluent — comfortable with cohort analysis, LTV modeling, funnel metrics, and experiment design — and you use data to sharpen strategic bets, not just measure outputs. Familiarity with SQL and product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) is a strong plus
  • You operate with urgency and proactive judgment. When work stalls, you reframe, escalate, or kill it — you don’t let it drift
  • You’re opinionated and substantive, but intellectually honest. You form strong hypotheses, defend them with reasoning, and update them when evidence says otherwise
  • You’re a clear, structured communicator who can make complex strategy legible to senior stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and your own team
  • Bonus: experience in DTC e-commerce, health/wellness, or premium consumer brands; familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem or subscription platforms; exposure to lifecycle/CRM systems (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable), content-as-product, or personalization systems

Product Product Operations & Strategy Lead at Toku

Leads product operations and strategy by building measurement frameworks, analytics capabilities, pricing models, and operational processes that drive product decisions and commercial outcomes.

Lead Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

At Toku, we create bespoke cloud communications and customer engagement solutions to reimagine customer experiences for enterprises. We provide an end-to-end approach to help businesses overcome the complexity of digital transformation and deliver mission-critical CX through cloud communication solutions. Toku combines local strategic consulting expertise, bespoke technology, regional in-country infrastructure, connectivity, and global reach to serve the diverse needs of enterprises operating at scale.

Headquartered in Singapore, Toku supports customers across APAC and beyond, with a growing footprint across global markets. As a publicly listed company, Toku continues to scale its presence and impact across international markets.

As our Product Operations & Strategy Lead, you will build the operational and analytical foundations that help Product make smarter, faster and more commercially informed decisions. Working closely with the Head of Product, Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll establish product measurement, pricing models, strategic planning rhythms and operational processes that connect product strategy to measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant influence over product investment, roadmap prioritisation and commercial decision-making. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy combining analytical thinking, commercial acumen and operational excellence to solve complex product challenges.

Requirements

What you will be doing

  • Product Measurement & Instrumentation: Build Toku’s product measurement capability from the ground up by defining meaningful product metrics across adoption, usage, quality, latency, unit cost and margin, ensuring every major product initiative has measurable success criteria.

  • Analytics & Data Quality: Partner closely with Engineering and data teams to define instrumentation requirements, event tracking, metric definitions and data quality standards that create trusted, automated product reporting.

  • Pricing & Commercial Strategy: Develop and maintain the analytical models that support pricing, packaging and commercial decision-making, including usage-based billing logic, AI and connectivity services, unit economics, rate simulations, margin analysis and ongoing pricing calibration.

  • Product Strategy & Prioritisation: Establish a pragmatic goal-setting framework that translates product strategy into measurable objectives, supporting roadmap prioritisation through impact modelling, investment analysis and evidence-based decision making.

  • Operational Excellence: Build and continuously improve the operating rhythms that enable Product to scale effectively, including intake and prioritisation processes, release readiness, launch coordination, documentation standards and efficient collaboration across distributed teams.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance and executive stakeholders, providing analytical insight and commercial recommendations that influence pricing, investment and roadmap decisions while recognising that final commercial approval sits with executive leadership.

  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a data-driven culture where product decisions are supported by measurable evidence, helping the organisation focus on the metrics that genuinely influence outcomes rather than reporting for its own sake.

  • Ownership: Establish Product Operations as a strategic capability within Toku, creating scalable frameworks that allow Product Managers to spend more time on customer discovery and product delivery.

We’d love to hear from you if you have

  • Product Operations Experience: 6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Strategy & Operations, Product Analytics or commercially focused Product Management within a B2B SaaS environment. Experience building a new function or capability from scratch would be highly advantageous.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical capability, with hands-on experience using SQL, modern Business Intelligence (BI) tools and advanced spreadsheet modelling to develop robust pricing, forecasting and unit economics models.

  • Commercial Modelling: Experience building pricing, packaging and commercial models, particularly for usage-based or hybrid pricing models (per-seat plus consumption). Experience within communications platforms, infrastructure software or AI products would be a strong advantage.

  • Product Analytics: Practical experience defining meaningful product metrics, establishing product instrumentation and translating data into actionable business recommendations.

  • Technical Understanding: Sufficient technical depth to collaborate effectively with Engineering teams on instrumentation, event tracking, data pipelines, metric definitions and data quality.

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong commercial judgement with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities, prioritise competing initiatives and support strategic decision-making through evidence and financial modelling.

  • Product Operations: Experience designing lightweight operational processes that improve delivery, launch readiness, documentation and cross-functional collaboration without creating unnecessary overhead.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting recommendations, influencing senior stakeholders and working effectively across distributed, cross-functional teams.

  • Independence: Comfortable working autonomously in a scaling organisation, managing ambiguity and handling commercially sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Location: This role can be based in The Netherlands – Hybrid work model, or in wider Europe – remote.

Toku has been recognised as a LinkedIn Top Startup and by the Financial Times as one of APAC’s Top 500 High Growth Companies. If you’re looking to be part of a company on a strong growth trajectory while working on meaningful, real-world challenges, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Ownership: Take full ownership of your product areas, balancing customer needs, technical constraints and commercial priorities while helping shape the future direction of Toku’s AI and customer engagement platform.

We’d love to hear from you if you have

  • Product Management Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering technical B2B SaaS products, with a strong track record building platform products, APIs, communications platforms (CCaaS, CPaaS or UCaaS), conversational AI, speech technologies or data-driven products.

  • Technical Product Thinking: Strong systems-thinking capability with practical experience discussing API design, integration architectures, platform capabilities and technical trade-offs with senior software engineers.

  • AI Products: Hands-on experience delivering AI or machine learning-powered products into production environments, with a strong understanding of evaluating real-world product quality, reliability and customer outcomes beyond benchmark performance.

  • Product Analytics: Practical experience defining success metrics before development, establishing product instrumentation, interpreting analytics and adapting product direction based on measurable evidence.

  • Platform Architecture: Experience designing configurable, scalable platform capabilities that minimise bespoke development while supporting multiple customer use cases and integrations.

  • Commercial Collaboration: Experience supporting Sales, Pre-Sales and Delivery teams through product positioning, solution design, enterprise customer engagements and successful product deployments.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality product documentation and communicate effectively across Engineering, commercial teams and executive stakeholders.

  • Ownership & Decision Making: Comfortable operating in a scaling business with high autonomy, navigating ambiguity, making informed product decisions and taking ownership of long-term product outcomes.

  • Industry Experience: Experience within regulated industries, public sector organisations, or international markets across APAC, MENA or LATAM would be advantageous.

Product Sr. Product Manager, Personalization & AI at CookUnity

Leads product strategy and execution for personalization systems and customer-facing AI experiences, working cross-functionally with ML and engineering teams to optimize user journeys.
