We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join the North America (NA) Visa Direct FP&A Team. This role will support core financial planning activities, including performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, multi‑year outlook development, and management reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying key drivers and trends, and preparing insights for senior leadership.
Over the past several years, the NA Visa Direct FP&A function has evolved from primarily maintaining financial drivers to providing deeper analytical support across programs and use cases. This role will contribute to that continued evolution by supporting long‑term growth initiatives, including diversification of use cases and expansion of cross‑border programs. The growing scale of the business has also increased the need for enhanced program‑level reporting and more robust forecasting processes.
The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with partners across the business—including Account Managers, Sales, Digital Partnerships, and the Product Office—to support the expanding needs of NA Visa Direct. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
The position reports to the NA Visa Direct FP&A Lead and is expected to support accurate driver management, efficient reporting, and high‑quality financial analysis as the business continues to scale.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 129,200.00 to 206,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
